If I found $100 in/at the library, I would honestly keep it. Well it depends if it's in a wallet then I'd turn it in to the police. Like any other polite human being would do. But if it was laying there on the floor then I'd take it yes.
Cuz If you turn in a $100 dollar bill to the library or the police they'd just look at you weird. My friend from highschool once found a $20 bill outside the library hall and she turned it in to her  guidance office they just told her to keep it.
And same goes with the diner and pub..... I doubt that some one would be dumb enough to drop a $100 bill, unless there one of those rich stereotypes.

Comments: Sigh, it’s been a month, I think, since I last wrote a chapter in this series. The last one was “I love you, Aoi”. GOMEN *bows* school life and social life has taken me over. I didn’t give Aoi a specific personality type, cuz I suck at giving them. It’s like he’s the master and all the others are just his pets in his evil plan. Like Dr. Evil in Austin Powers, XD I’ve been watching way to much of that movie. This fic was really hard for my to write cuz my friend, *coughs*hyprakktiv*coughs*, was rarely on and she’s the only one I go to whom has the best advice on the fic. The Gazette and Alice Nine! They are sooooooo amazing. Oh yesh and this book called "Marked" by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast, It's insanely good (and it's a part of a series so yey ^_^)
